Whether working with clients on residential home buying and selling processes or raising their family, Brad and Audra are a dynamic team. Their story started in real estate over 15 years ago in San Diego, CA, with Brad representing the sellers and Audra representing the buyer, when they connected so well over the phone during the sales process ultimately leading to a blind date, six weeks later a proposal, one year later marriage, and a wonderful son and daughter to complete their family.

Brad graduated from the Art Center College for Design in Pasadena, CA. He was born in Virginia and spent his formidable years in Austin, TX, before moving to CA. Audra was born and raised in San Diego, CA, having graduated from San Diego State University with a BS in Kinesiology. After visiting Brad’s parents, Wilmington natives and New Hanover High School sweethearts, at Wrightsville Beach every summer for 10 years, they decided to make the move to Wilmington. Admiring the kindness of the community, the many local and diverse events, exploring nature, and the warm waters for boating, surfing and swimming that Wilmington has to offer.

Brad and Audra strive to exceed the expectations and meet the unique needs of all their clients.
